Version 4.9 (November 2008)


1. An ability to create customized version of Host Module has been added.
   If you need to support remotely computer illiterate user, who doesn't 
   know how to install and configure Host Module, you may send him a 
   special link to download a customized Host Module, that doesn't 
   require any installation and configuration.

Version 4.8 (August 2008)

Version 4.0 (July 2007)

Major update. Next features have been added:

1. "Account Connections" mode has been added. It allows you to control  
   remote PC over the Internet using Account and Nickname instead of 
   IP address. 
   You can bypass firewalls and routers now and will be able to easily 
   connect even if the remote PC doesn't have an external IP address or a
   dynamical IP address.
2. Speed up screen refresh rate.
3. Decrease CPU utilization. 
4. Better data security:
      - More secure traffic encryption and authentication protocol.
      - Host Module will not work with blank or too short passwords.
5. Host Module can inform you about incoming connections allowing 
   you to accept or decline this connection.
6. More user friendly interface.  
7. Some bugs have been fixed.

Note: version 4.0 is not compatible with previous versions.

Version 3.1 (July 2006)

Admin Module:

1. Remote "Power On" feature has been added. You can turn on Host PC 
   remotely via LAN (Wake-On-Lan technology is used).

2. 4 bit/pixel color mode for Remote Screen has been added. 
   This mode greatly increases program's performance in the case of low 
   network bandwidth (for example, dial-up 56K).

Host Module:

1. "Hide tray icon" feature has been added.

2. Some interface changes.

3. Some bugs have been fixed.

Version 3.0 (April 2006)

Major update. Next features have been added:

1. File Transfer.
   Administrator can manage the remote files via Explorer-like window. 

2. Remote deployment of Host Module in the network.
   Now you are not obliged to visit each Host PC physically to install or 
   update Host Module: you can do it remotely (and automatically) via 
   network. 

3. Lock remote PC.
   Administrator can lock remote PC (disable remote mouse/keyboard and 
   turn off remote monitor) and manage Host PC remotely during locking. 

4. Now Remote Screen Window contains comfortable toolbar, which allows 
   to quickly execute most often used actions with remote screen.

5. "Automatic scrolling" feature has been added for Remote Screen Window. 
   Now you are not obliged to click scrollbars to scroll large remote 
   screen image. It will be automatically scrolled when you move mouse to
   the edge of the Remote Screen Window.

6. Automatic configuration of Windows XP firewall.
   Host Module automatically configures Windows XP Firewall (SP2), i.e. 
   opens required port. User of Host Module are not obliged to configure 
   Windows XP Firewall manually. 
   Note: If you use some other firewall, you still need to configure it 
   manually. 

7. Displaying of the remote mouse cursor.
   Administrator can see remote mouse cursor in the Remote Screen Window 
   (any remote mouse movement in real time). 

8. Support of mouse wheel.
   Administrator can use mouse wheel and middle mouse button when 
   controlling the remote screen.

9. Automation of Administrator work.
   Set of options to automate work with Admin Module has been added 
   (you can turn on only required options): 


   - Admin Module can start automatically with Windows (minimized into 
     the tray). 
   - Admin Module can automatically connect with all remote PCs after 
     its start. 
   - Admin Module can automatically lock remote PC. So, Administrator is 
     not obliged to click "Lock" button. Remote PC can be locked 
     automatically either immediately after connection or during remote 
     screen control session only. 
   - Admin Module can automatically reconnect to Host PC if connection is
     dropped down. 
   - Remote Screen Window can be opened automatically after establishing 
     of connection (Administrator is not obliged to press "Full Control" 
     button). 
   - Admin Module can be hidden to the system tray by clicking "Close" 
     button. All opened Remote Screen windows will be also hidden. 
   - Control Window of Admin Module can be always on top. So, you will 
     always have fast access to the Control Window, even if many Remote 
     Screen windows is opened on your desktop. 

10. Restrictions of trial version is not too hard now.
    Now trial version allows to test software with 5 remote PCs during 
    30 days. 

12. Such bug as incorrect positing of remote screen windows after restoring 
    them from the system tray on the multimonitor systems has been fixed.

Version 2.12 (December, 2005)

Admin Module:

1. "Auto scan" feature has been added. You can browse the network and find 
   active Host Modules ("Add new PC" dialog box).
2. Ability to arrange shortcuts in the Address Book has been added. 
   You can arrange icons either by name or by connection state.
3. Using of Master Key has been simplified. 
   Another security scheme is used now. Read more in help file.
4. Some interface changes.

Host Module:

1. Ability to hide tray icon has been removed, however ability to disable 
   "Exit" command for tray menu has been added. (We had problems with 
   Antiviruses - user of Host PC should know that remote control tool is 
   installed on his/her PC. Tray icon inform user about it).

1. Clipboard Transfer feature has been added. Any data that can be copied
   to clipboard (except files) can be transfered between PCs, for example,
   text or graphics.
